Senior Next.js + Supabase Engineer — German Ticketing Platform (part-time, long-term)

We are a German event-ticketing startup (Stuttgart) launching this fall. The platform is built and in pre-launch: Next.js (App Router, RSC), React, TypeScript, Tailwind + shadcn/ui, Supabase (Postgres with RLS and RPCs), Stripe Connect, Resend + React Email, Vercel, plus a mobile scanner app. You will work from a clearly prioritized backlog next to the founder (who built the platform and stays hands-on). What you'll build (examples from the backlog): - Sales-window logic per ticket type (pre-sale start, last-minute, early-bird auto-advance) - Organizer dashboard features: reports, guest lists, CSV exports - Transactional email infrastructure (outbox pattern, bounce handling) - Wallet passes - Storefront components for our white-label engine What you won't touch: payment core, accounting/DATEV export, database permissions — those stay with the founder. Must-haves: - 5+ years full-stack, deep TypeScript - Real production experience with Supabase or Postgres RLS (tell us where) - Next.js App Router + Server Components in production - Comfortable working AI-assisted (Cursor/Claude Code) with strict PR discipline: small PRs, review gates, CI - Working overlap with CET business hours (±3h); English fluent, German a plus Process: Short intro call → paid test task (fixed price, ~4h, from our real backlog) → 2-week paid trial at reduced scope → long-term engagement.
