Senior Odoo Developer & Functional Consultant Needed (Manufacturing, Retail & E-commerce) Project Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior Odoo Developer and Functional Consultant to help implement and customize Odoo ERP for our manufacturing, retail, and e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in Odoo development along with the ability to understand business processes and recommend best practices. Scope of Work 1) The selected developer will be responsible for one or more of the following tasks: 2) Analyze business requirements and recommend the best Odoo solution. 3) Customize existing Odoo modules and develop new custom modules. 4) Configure Manufacturing (MRP), Inventory, Sales, Purchase, Accounting, POS, and CRM modules. 5) Implement manufacturing workflows including Bills of Materials (BoM), Work Orders, Routings, 6) Production Planning, and Quality Control. 7) Configure retail operations including POS, pricing, promotions, loyalty programs, and multi-warehouse inventory. 8) Integrate Odoo with Shopify, WooCommerce, or other e-commerce platforms. 9) Develop REST/GraphQL API integrations with third-party systems. 10) Integrate payment gateways and shipping providers. 11) Migrate data from legacy systems into Odoo while ensuring data integrity. 12) Optimize PostgreSQL performance and improve overall Odoo performance. 13) Develop scheduled cron jobs, automated workflows, and custom reports. 14) Troubleshoot bugs and provide technical support. 15) Prepare documentation and assist with user testing. Required Skills 1) 5+ years of Odoo development experience. 2) Strong Python and PostgreSQL skills. 3) Experience with XML, JavaScript, OWL, HTML, and CSS. 4) Deep understanding of Odoo ORM, models, controllers, security, and reporting. 5) Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and webhooks. 6) Hands-on experience with Manufacturing (MRP), Inventory, Retail/POS, and E-commerce integrations. 7) Experience with Git, Docker, and Linux server deployments. 8) Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Deliverables 1) Clean, well-documented, production-ready code. 2) Functional customizations according to business requirements. 3) Tested integrations with external systems. 4) Deployment support and bug fixes. 5) Technical documentation and knowledge transfer.
