Senior OpenText UFT One and Oracle EBS Automation Expert

seeking a senior OpenText UFT One automation specialist for a project involving the conversion and development of automation scripts. Technical environment: • OpenText UFT One • Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2.12 • Oracle Forms • Oracle OAF / Java-based web screens • Oracle APEX • Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome • Windows 11 • Self-hosted and offline environment • CSV-driven mass data-entry scripts • VBScript and reusable components Initial scope: • Review an existing inventory of approximately 80 automation scripts. • Convert and develop an initial group of 30 scripts. • up to 50 additional scripts. • Most scripts are expected to require approximately one working day each. • Create reusable, maintainable and documented UFT components. • Configure object repositories, synchronization, error handling and recovery mechanisms. • Ensure that test reports contain success and failure information without exposing transactional test data. • Support installation, configuration and a possible proof-of-concept exercise. Mandatory experience: • At least five years of hands-on UFT One, Micro Focus UFT or HP QTP experience. • Proven experience automating Oracle EBS 12.2 and Oracle Forms. • Strong VBScript skills. • Experience with Oracle OAF or APEX is strongly preferred. • Experience with CSV-driven automation and mass data-entry processes. • Experience designing recovery scenarios and restarting or resuming scripts after failures. • Ability to provide clear technical documentation in English. French is an asset.
