Senior Payroll Manager

We’re seeking a senior payroll manager to lead end-to-end payroll processing and compliance for a growing team. This part-time contract role requires strong attention to detail, hands-on experience with Rippling, and at least one full Rippling implementation. You’ll manage payroll operations, support multi-state payroll requirements, maintain accurate records, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate with finance and HR on reporting and reconciliation. Experience with California labor law is essential, and Paycom experience is preferred. You should be able to work independently, communicate clearly, and meet deadlines while being available during working hours within 3 hours of PST.
