Senior Product UI/UX Designer (Figma) We are building a modern global eVisa platform focused on trust, clarity, speed, and scalable UX. This is NOT a simple landing page project. We already have an active product direction and prototype in Figma. We are looking for a product-minded designer who can help shape and improve the experience, not just decorate screens. What we care about: - strong UX thinking - scalable design systems - premium and trustworthy interfaces - interaction quality - mobile-first thinking - attention to detail - fast iteration and active communication You will work on: - destination selection experience - country pages - visa eligibility/result flows - sticky navigation systems - responsive layouts - hover/micro interactions - scalable component structures We are NOT looking for someone who: - only creates trendy Dribbble shots - disappears for days without updates - blindly follows screens without thinking - delivers generic AI-generated UI without refinement We ARE looking for someone who: - thinks structurally - improves UX when necessary - enjoys polishing details - understands hierarchy and usability - can create scalable Figma systems - loves building real products Requirements: - Strong Figma skills - Auto-layout and component system experience - UX/product thinking - Strong mobile UX understanding - Good visual hierarchy and spacing discipline - Ability to communicate and iterate quickly Big Plus: - SaaS/dashboard experience - Product design experience - Motion / hover interaction understanding - Experience designing complex user flows Test Task: We will start with a paid design task focused on: - destination logic - country page experience - eligibility/result screens - UX structure and interaction thinking If the collaboration quality is strong, this can become a long-term role. Budget: Flexible depending on quality, thinking level, speed, and ownership.
