Senior Product Experience & Documentation Specialist (Enterprise Software)

Our platform has been continuously developed for over 20 years and is used by major telecom operators across Europe. The product is mature, feature-rich and technically powerful. Our next mission is different. We want to make it significantly easier to learn, easier to use, beautifully documented and visually modern—without sacrificing the advanced capabilities our customers rely on. We're looking for someone who wants to become a long-term member of our product team. This is NOT a Product Manager role Our CTO and Product Owner already define the roadmap and priorities. Instead, you'll focus on improving the product experience. Your mission is to take complex enterprise functionality and make it simple. What You'll Work On Your work will roughly consist of: 50% Product Documentation 20% UX & Workflow Improvements 20% Visual Communication 10% Tutorial Videos Product Documentation You'll become responsible for continuously improving our product documentation. Examples include: User Guides Administrator Guides Installation Guides Configuration Guides Online Help Knowledge Base Articles API Documentation Release Notes Feature Documentation Internal Technical Documentation You should enjoy taking complicated enterprise functionality and making it easy to understand. UX & Product Improvements You won't redesign the product from scratch. Instead you'll continuously improve it through: cleaner workflows fewer clicks improved usability better navigation modern dialogs improved consistency clearer terminology smarter interaction patterns You'll create concepts and wireframes in Figma before implementation. Product Communication Help us explain enterprise software visually. Examples include: Infographics Workflow diagrams Architecture illustrations Process flows Product presentations Customer training material Sales graphics Technical illustrations You enjoy visual storytelling. Product Videos Create professional product videos such as: Feature walkthroughs Tutorials What's New presentations Customer onboarding Screen recordings AI-generated product presentations AI-First Product Organization We believe AI will fundamentally change enterprise software. Paid Trial Project We'll start with a paid trial. You'll receive access to one area of our product and will be asked to: Review an existing workflow Suggest UX improvements Create a Figma concept Produce updated documentation Design one infographic Record one short tutorial video This allows both sides to evaluate whether we're a good long-term fit.
