Senior Project Manager, Hyperscale Data Center Construction ( US Based) About the Role We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale hyperscale and mission-critical data center construction projects across the United States. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction, data center projects, and complex MEP-intensive environments, with proven experience managing projects from preconstruction through completion. Responsibilities Lead the delivery of large-scale hyperscale data center construction projects. Manage project teams, subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and client expectations. Oversee projects from preconstruction through completion. Coordinate with field teams, engineers, architects, design teams, and other stakeholders. Monitor project progress, schedules, costs, quality, and performance. Manage client relationships and provide regular project updates. Identify and resolve project risks, issues, and delivery challenges. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project requirements. Drive successful project execution while maintaining schedule and budget objectives. Requirements 8+ years of experience in construction project management. Proven experience delivering hyperscale or mission-critical data center projects. Strong experience with MEP-intensive construction. Experience managing large project teams and multiple subcontractors. Strong knowledge of construction schedules, budgets, contracts, and project controls. Excellent communication, leadership, and client-management skills. Experience with tools such as Procore, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms. Preferred Experience with large hyperscale data center developments. Experience working with major enterprise clients. Experience managing complex projects from preconstruction through commissioning and completion.
