# Senior Python / GenAI Engineer | Long-Term Full Commitment We are looking for a **highly experienced Senior Python / GenAI Engineer based in India** to join a long-term AI/ML project. We are specifically looking for someone with **strong hands-on experience, excellent communication skills, and confidence working directly with clients**. This is a long-term engagement, and we are looking for someone who can provide **full commitment to this project**. ### ⚠️ Please Read Before Applying **Only apply if you meet ALL of the following:** * You are based in **India** * You have strong professional experience in **AI/ML and GenAI** * You are an experienced **Python developer** * You have hands-on experience building **production-grade AI applications** * You are confident communicating directly with clients * You are comfortable attending client calls and meetings * You can provide **daily updates** * You are available during **EST/US business hours** when meetings are required * You can commit to this project long term * You are not looking for a side project that will interfere with your availability or commitment * You are willing to sign an **NDA and project agreement before starting** ## Technical Requirements Strong hands-on experience with: * **Python** * **Generative AI / LLMs** * **RAG architectures** * **Agentic AI / AI Agents** * LLM integrations and prompt engineering * AI/ML application development * **REST APIs and Microservices** * **Google Cloud Platform (GCP)** * **Vertex AI** * Docker * Kubernetes * MLOps * Model lifecycle management * Cloud deployments * Vector databases * CI/CD * Production AI/ML systems ### Preferred Experience Experience with: * LangChain * LangGraph * LlamaIndex * OpenAI APIs * Gemini / Vertex AI * Anthropic APIs * Pinecone * Weaviate * Milvus * pgvector * GCP Cloud Run / GKE * BigQuery * Pub/Sub * AI evaluation and monitoring * Enterprise AI applications ## Client-Facing Responsibilities This is **not a purely development role**. You will work directly with clients and should be comfortable: * Joining client meetings * Understanding and clarifying requirements * Explaining technical concepts clearly * Discussing architecture and technical decisions * Providing project updates * Communicating blockers and solutions * Taking ownership of deliverables * Working independently when required **Excellent English communication is mandatory.** If you are technically strong but are not comfortable speaking with clients, **please do not apply**. ## Long-Term Commitment We are looking for someone who wants to become a **long-term part of the project/team**, not someone looking to take on multiple projects simultaneously. You should have the availability to give this project your **full professional commitment** and be available for required calls and meetings in the **EST timezone**.
