Senior AI SaaS Development Team for Production-Ready Sales & Marketing Platform

We are looking for an experienced AI and full-stack development team to build a production-ready SaaS platform for sales and marketing teams. The platform will use AI to help businesses identify and qualify prospects, create personalized outreach, manage campaigns, automate follow-ups, and track performance from a central dashboard. This is not a basic chatbot or proof of concept. We need a secure, scalable, multi-tenant product designed for real business users. Core platform capabilities may include: * Lead and account data management * AI-based lead qualification, scoring, and prioritization * Personalized email and LinkedIn outreach generation * Multi-step campaign and follow-up workflows * AI agents that can perform approved sales and marketing tasks * CRM, email, calendar, and third-party data integrations * Contact enrichment and duplicate detection * Campaign analytics, engagement tracking, and reporting * Reusable prompts, templates, and workflow configurations * Human approval before sensitive or external actions * Role-based permissions, team workspaces, and audit logs * Subscription plans, usage tracking, and billing * Admin dashboard for users, plans, integrations, and system monitoring AI requirements: * Integration with models such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or suitable open-source LLMs * Retrieval and contextual generation using company, campaign, and prospect data * Structured outputs with validation and fallback handling * Prompt and model version management * Hallucination and response-quality controls * Human-in-the-loop review for important actions * Token usage monitoring and AI cost optimization * Ability to support multiple model providers where appropriate Technical expectations: * Scalable multi-tenant SaaS architecture * Modern web frontend using React or Next.js * Reliable backend using Python, Node.js, or a comparable framework * PostgreSQL and appropriate vector-search infrastructure * Secure API and webhook integrations * Background job processing and workflow orchestration * Authentication, RBAC, encryption, audit logging, and rate limiting * Automated testing, CI/CD, monitoring, and error tracking * Deployment on AWS, Azure, or GCP * Clear technical documentation and source-code handover We are open to recommendations on the final technology stack.
