Senior Shopify Operations & CRO Manager

We are a fast-growing D2C brand specializing in laser engraving machinery and production tools. We are looking for a highly capable Shopify Operations Manager to elevate our store’s operational standards, optimize the user funnel, and maximize the conversion rate of our incoming traffic. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day Shopify store operations, ensuring smooth functionality and accurate product listings. Analyze user behavior and traffic flow to identify drop-off points. Implement Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies specifically aimed at increasing our checkout rate and Average Order Value (AOV). Ensure the store is fully equipped to handle and convert high-volume traffic effectively. Requirements: Proven track record of managing and scaling high-ticket or machinery Shopify stores. Deep understanding of CRO best practices, A/B testing, and Shopify analytics. Mandatory: Must be available for at least two live sync meetings per week during US business hours (PST).
