Senior Solana Developer (Rust / Anchor) | Production Programs + SPL Tokens

Looking for a senior Solana developer to build, test, and maintain production on-chain programs and related integration work. This is real product work, not a tutorial build. We need clean Rust/Anchor code, strong tests, secure admin patterns, and deployable programs on Solana mainnet-devnet. Scope - Design and implement Solana programs using Rust and Anchor - Build token-related logic with SPL Token / Token-2022 where needed - Program architecture: PDAs, account validation, CPIs, error handling, compute budget awareness - Write tests (Anchor test suite, integration tests, local validator flows) - Deployment scripts and upgrade process (program IDs, buffer upgrades, authority management) - Integrate with backend/frontend via IDL, events/logs, and transaction building assumptions - Fix bugs, optimize compute units, and support audit/security review Must have - 2+ years professional Solana development (or strong Rust + 1+ year Solana shipping experience) - Production programs deployed to Solana (devnet/mainnet) - Strong Rust fundamentals - Strong Anchor framework experience - Deep understanding of Solana account model, PDAs, rent, signatures, and transaction constraints - SPL token experience (mint, transfer, authority, metadata integrations as needed) - Security mindset: input validation, authority checks, reentrancy-like failure modes, privilege separation - Git workflow, documentation, async remote communication Nice to have - Token-2022 extensions (transfer hooks, metadata, etc.) - DeFi / AMM / escrow / vault program experience - Indexing awareness (Helius, Shyft, custom parsers) - Prior audit participation or bug bounty experience - TypeScript client/integration work (@solana/web3.js, Anchor client) - Multi-sig / Squads / authority management in production ops - RWA/tokenization or compliance-restricted transfer patterns on Solana Deliverables (Phase 1) 1.
