Senior Solana Rust Blockchain Engineer - Core Protocol & Backend

About the Project We are building and expanding a high-performance Web3 infrastructure platform built around the Solana ecosystem. We are looking for a Senior Solana Rust Blockchain Engineer who can help design, implement, optimize, and maintain production-grade blockchain infrastructure and backend services. This is a hands-on engineering position for someone who understands Solana beyond basic smart-contract development and is comfortable working with Rust, Solana programs, transaction processing, RPC, indexing, and high-performance distributed systems. What You’ll Do Design and develop high-performance blockchain infrastructure using Rust. Build and maintain Solana-based backend services and protocol integrations. Work with Solana programs, accounts, PDAs, CPIs, transactions, and instructions. Develop reliable services interacting with Solana RPC and on-chain data. Design transaction-processing and indexing pipelines. Optimize latency, throughput, memory usage, and system reliability. Integrate blockchain infrastructure with PostgreSQL, Redis, and REST APIs. Investigate performance bottlenecks and production issues. Build secure and scalable services for high-volume blockchain workloads. Participate in architecture and technical design discussions. Review code and contribute to engineering standards and security practices. Monitor production systems and troubleshoot complex blockchain-related issues. Required Experience 4+ years of professional software engineering experience. 2+ years of hands-on blockchain development experience. Strong professional experience with Rust. Strong hands-on experience with Solana. Experience developing or integrating Solana programs. Strong understanding of Solana's account model. Experience with PDAs, CPIs, transactions, instructions, and SPL/Token programs. Experience working with Solana RPC and blockchain data. Strong understanding of asynchronous/concurrent programming. Experience designing scalable backend systems. Strong Git and Linux experience. The ideal candidate understands how Solana works underneath the application layer and can reason about performance, concurrency, transaction processing, reliability, and blockchain infrastructure. Experience with Solana validators, core protocol development, distributed systems, or high-performance trading infrastructure is highly valuable.
