Senior / Staff Backend Software Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior or Staff-level Backend Software Engineer with 10+ years of professional backend development experience and strong English communication skills. This role is intended for someone who can clearly articulate technical ideas, collaborate effectively with stakeholders, and contribute beyond individual coding tasks. The ideal candidate should have proven experience as a Team Lead, Technical Lead, or Project Manager, with the ability to take ownership of complex projects, guide engineering teams, make architectural decisions, and drive delivery from planning through production.
