Senior Team for Arabic OTT MVP

We're building an Arabic-first, RTL OTT streaming platform — Yemeni/Arabic content, with Saudi Arabia/GCC as the primary market and the worldwide diaspora as secondary. It's operator-published (a curated catalogue, no user uploads). We need a senior team to deliver the Stage-1 MVP across web/PWA, iOS, Android, and Smart TV: multi-DRM (Widevine/FairPlay/PlayReady), adaptive streaming, subscriptions & payments (Mada / STC Pay / BNPL / Apple & Google Pay + in-app billing), and an operator admin console. You build to a defined blueprint, not from scratch: a complete SRS (2,264 requirements), OpenAPI 3.1 contracts, a field-level data dictionary, and a clickable UI prototype are already provided (shared under NDA with shortlisted teams). **This blueprint is a strong, validated starting point — not a frozen document.** It's the source of truth to build to, *and* we expect the hired team to pressure-test it and recommend improvements from real production OTT experience; the first milestone includes a short architecture/spec review where you flag gaps, risks, and better approaches. Approved changes are folded into our decisions ledger — a living spec, refined by your expertise, not rebuilt from zero. We have a documented reference tech stack (Go backend, Next.js web/PWA, native mobile + Smart-TV, managed AWS) but are open to your expert recommendation. Non-negotiables: Saudi data-residency (PDPL), multi-DRM from day one, adaptive low-bandwidth streaming, and an architecture that scales from Stage-1 to a larger platform without a rewrite. All source code and IP are owned by us; deliverables include production-ready source, deployment to our cloud, and handover docs + tests. Budget is an initial figure for discussion — milestone-based and phased proposals are welcome (e.g. backend + web first, then mobile, then Smart-TV). MENA payments and Arabic/RTL experience are a strong plus.
