Senior Unreal Engine Developer — Game Completion & Platform Launch

Three Unreal Engine games that are largely complete and need to be taken from finished builds to shippable, platform-ready products. The environments are 100% developed, and most of the asset pipelines and core systems are already set up and working. The work is essentially split into two layers: Layer 1 — Game Logic * Missions & progression * AI & gameplay systems * Save/load & player profiles * Audio * Multiplayer & netcode, if applicable * Balancing & difficulty Layer 2 — Store Launch * Platform SDK integration * Optimization * Certification & submission * Age ratings * Store/legal requirements * Monetization & payments, if applicable * Store page & launch assets This isn’t a ground-up development project. We’re looking for someone who can take the existing projects through these two layers and get them ready for release. Compensation Your compensation, whether hourly or milestone-based, will be determined after the initial Zoom meeting, once we’ve discussed the projects, scope, and milestones.
