Senior VICIdial/Linux System Administrator (Database Upgrade & Production Support)

We are looking for an experienced VICIdial/Linux System Administrator to assist with our production call center environment. Our current administrator has become unavailable, and we need someone who can quickly review our environment, complete a database upgrade, verify system stability, and provide ongoing support as needed. Responsibilities Review our existing VICIdial server and current configuration. Perform a full backup before making any changes. Upgrade the MariaDB/MySQL database while maintaining VICIdial compatibility. Verify all VICIdial services are operating correctly after the upgrade. Test inbound and outbound calling. Verify agent logins, campaigns, call recordings, and reporting. Identify any issues or recommendations to improve stability and performance. Provide documentation of the work completed. Required Experience Extensive experience administering VICIdial. Linux server administration (CentOS, Rocky Linux, AlmaLinux, or similar). MariaDB/MySQL administration. Asterisk and VoIP. SSH and command-line administration. Production server backups and disaster recovery. Preferred Experience upgrading live VICIdial environments. Call center infrastructure. Performance tuning and troubleshooting. Zoho CRM or API integrations.
