Talking head, UGC, animation, claymation, split screen, podcast, street interview, mascot, etc. You have shipped several and you can tell which one a brief is asking for. - You have an eye. You look at a start frame and know it will not hold before you spend a generation finding out. - Perfect written English. You read the copy, write it when it needs writing, and fix it when it is wrong. Start your proposal with the word Claude so I know you read this. - Real depth on AI video models. Not "I have used Kling." You know what each engine is good at, where each one breaks, and what it costs to run. We built our own and you direct it. If that sounds unfamiliar, this is not the seat yet. THE WORK You get a batch plan with a locked script, a named format and a deadline. You build start frames, then clips, then hand clean full length renders to an editor. Most of it runs through our agent. You direct it, it handles model routing and generation, you make the calls it cannot. Some work still runs node based on Weave. We are not looking for someone who only executes the brief. If you see a stronger angle or a better creative direction, say so. PAY Per approved video. Three tiers, tagged before you start so you know the rate going in. $60 straightforward format $75 animated or more complex $90 high asset, rich build Rates grow with performance. Hit your dates and clear QC on the first pass and you move up the ladder and get routed more work. The work is steady. QC pass is the pay trigger. One client revision round is included, extra rounds are paid separately. If a tool or platform failure holds your video up, you still get paid.
