Senior Video Editor / Colorist for Cinematic BTS Film - Paid Social

We are an established production and agency team looking for a senior editor / colorist with strong storytelling instincts. You will work with about 2 TB of mixed production footage and turn it into a short cinematic behind-the-scenes film built for paid advertising. The material includes ARRI Alexa MINI LF footage, 360 footage, action cameras, ground BTS, real production moments, people, process, details and production audio. This is not a basic assembly edit. We need someone who can watch the library, find the story inside it, and make a major production feel premium, precise, human and memorable. The creative arc is: scale - preparation - teamwork - execution - payoff. ALEXA provides the cinematic backbone. 360 should create immersion, reframes, reveals and motivated transitions - never a gimmick. WHAT YOU WILL DO 1) Review and organize about 2 TB; build real selects 2) Create a 45-50 sec BTS hero story with a hook in the first 1-2 seconds 3) Use ALEXA and 360 meaningfully, plus the strongest BTS/GoPro/Sony/audio material 4) Color-match and grade mixed cameras with ALEXA as the visual reference 5) Choose commercially licensable music from artlist ; build detailed SFX and a clean stereo mix 6) Create purposeful match cuts, movement transitions, sound bridges and selected 360 reframes 7) Build native 4:5 and 9:16 paid cuts, not automated crops EXACT DELIVERABLES 1) Hero: 45-50 sec, 16:9, 3840 x 2160, branded + clean ProRes 422 HQ, branded H.264 2) LinkedIn paid: 20 sec, 4:5, 1080 x 1350, H.264 3) Vertical paid: 15 sec, 9:16, 1080 x 1920, H.264 4) Editable Premiere Pro or Resolve project with relinkable timelines + full selects timeline 5) Music/SFX licence-source list, graphics/fonts/LUT notes 6) One consolidated revision round TO APPLY 1) Send 2-3 relevant complete films - no generic showreel dump 2) State your exact role on each piece 3) Share one example built from a large amount of raw footage 4) Confirm your editing/color software, available storage and ability to handle about 2 TB 5) Confirm you can work confidently with ALEXA and 360 footage 6) Confirm the fixed USD 150 budget and your realistic availability
