Senior Video Editor — Direct Response / DTC / Coaching (Ongoing)

We run a digital marketing agency with multiple brands across DTC e-commerce and coaching/education. We need a senior video editor who can own the full edit pipeline — from raw footage to final deliverable — across multiple formats, fast, with taste. What you'll be editing: Talking head ads and content (founder-led, expert-led) UGC-style and selfie-style ads VSLs (video sales letters — long-form, direct response) Webinar recordings and highlight reels Short-form social content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) Required skills: Proficient in Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve Burned-in caption styling (not just auto-generated — styled, timed, on-brand) Color grading and correction, especially matching mixed UGC sources Audio cleanup, leveling, noise reduction, music beds B-roll integration, transitions, jump cuts, speed ramping Motion graphics and text animations (lower thirds, callouts, visual emphasis) Using AI tools to generate b-roll, animations, and visual demonstrations Multi-format export (9:16, 4:5, 1:1, 16:9) without being told which goes where Thumbnail creation What separates you from the other applicants: You understand direct response editing — hook in the first 3 seconds, pattern interrupts, pacing for retention, not cinema You deliver edits that look like you actually watched the footage and thought about what the viewer needs to see and when You're reliable. You hit deadlines.
