Senior Web Designer & Webflow Developer

About the Role We are looking for an experienced web designer and Webflow developer who can take an approved brand identity and wireframes and transform them into polished, high performing marketing websites. This is not a template production role. We’re looking for someone with exceptional design judgment who understands typography, spacing, hierarchy, interaction design, and conversion focused websites. You’ll take a client’s brand guidelines and wireframes, design the experience in Figma, then build it in Webflow with clean structure, responsive layouts, and thoughtful interactions. Responsibilities * Transform low fidelity wireframes into polished, high fidelity Figma designs. * Apply existing brand guidelines while elevating the overall web experience. * Design responsive experiences for desktop, tablet, and mobile. * Build pixel accurate websites in Webflow. * Create reusable components and maintain clean CMS architecture. * Implement subtle animations and interactions that enhance the user experience without becoming distracting. * Ensure strong accessibility, responsiveness, and performance. * Collaborate with our creative team throughout design reviews and revisions. * Deliver organized Figma files and clean Webflow projects. Required Experience We’re looking for someone who can demonstrate: * Exceptional web design portfolio with modern SaaS, technology, B2B, or premium service websites. * Multiple live Webflow websites. * Strong understanding of layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and user experience. * Expert proficiency in Figma. * Advanced Webflow development experience. * Experience with CMS collections, reusable components, and responsive development. * Strong eye for detail and consistency. * Ability to work from existing brand systems instead of creating new branding. * Excellent written communication and reliability.
