Senior Webflow Developer (5+ Years Experience Required) – Custom Build & Optimization

Job Description: We are looking for an expert Webflow Developer with at least 5 years of hands-on experience to assist with high-end Webflow development, structural site optimization, and seamless integrations. You should have deep expertise in building clean, responsive, and performance-optimized websites in Webflow from custom designs (Figma/Adobe XD), along with advanced knowledge of client-first styling systems and third-party integrations. Note: We are only accepting fixed-price proposals with fixed-time estimates for deliverables. Hourly proposals will not be considered. Key Responsibilities: Build, customize, and maintain responsive Webflow websites with clean, maintainable structure. Translate Figma / UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect Webflow pages with mobile responsiveness. Implement custom code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) when native Webflow functionality falls short. Optimize website performance (page load speed, Core Web Vitals, dynamic asset loading). Set up advanced Webflow CMS structures, logic, and dynamic page relationships. Integrate Webflow with external tools (Zapier, Make, Stripe, marketing platforms, custom APIs, etc.). Troubleshoot visual bugs, responsiveness issues, and cross-browser inconsistencies. Requirements: 5+ years of verified Webflow development experience (Portfolio required). Advanced proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and custom code integrations within Webflow. Experience with modern Webflow development frameworks (e.g., Relume, Client-First by Finsweet). Solid understanding of Technical SEO best practices, page speed optimization, and dynamic CMS architecture. Strong attention to detail regarding typography, spacing, interactions, and animations. Ability to provide clear project scope estimates and hit agreed-upon deadlines.
