Senior Webflow Strategist – Website Optimization, Airtable & CRM Integration

We are looking for an experienced operator to help bring our website and sales systems across the finish line. About Us Ultimate Bars is a U.S.-based manufacturer of premium portable bars, back bars, beverage stations, and branded activation equipment. Our clients include beverage brands, stadiums, hotels, event companies, marketing agencies, and hospitality groups nationwide. Our website rebuild is approximately 80% complete. The design has been created, Webflow development is underway, and our Airtable infrastructure is being built. We need someone who can step in, evaluate the entire ecosystem, coordinate the remaining pieces, and help launch a polished, high-converting website and lead generation system. Current Tech Stack • Webflow • Airtable • Pipedrive CRM • PandaDoc • Zapier / Automation Tools What We Need This is NOT a designer-only role. This is NOT a developer-only role. This is NOT a marketing-only role. We need someone who understands how all the pieces work together and can help optimize the complete customer journey from website visitor to qualified lead to proposal and sale. Responsibilities • Audit current website and user experience • Review and improve overall visual presentation • Ensure photography and imagery are optimized • Refine page layouts and conversion paths • Coordinate with existing Webflow and Airtable developers • Connect and validate workflows between Webflow, Airtable, Pipedrive, and PandaDoc • Improve lead capture and conversion opportunities • Test mobile responsiveness and user experience • Verify analytics and tracking are functioning properly • Identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements • Help bring the project to launch Required Experience • Webflow • Airtable • CRM integrations • Automation workflows • Conversion optimization • B2B lead generation websites • Strong understanding of user experience and conversion strategy Highly Preferred Experience • Manufacturing companies • Commercial products • Trade show exhibits • Hospitality equipment • Commercial furniture • Experiential marketing • High-ticket B2B products ($2,000-$10,000+ sales) To Apply Please provide: 1.
