Summary

We are seeking a senior WooCommerce specialist to conduct a comprehensive, evidence-based technical audit of our Arabic e-commerce website. The scope includes WordPress/WooCommerce health, hosting, database, plugins, performance and Core Web Vitals, mobile/RTL functionality, customer journey, checkout and payment scenarios, GA4/GTM tracking, technical SEO, security, and browser/device compatibility. The audit should be performed primarily on Staging, with Production limited to approved read-only checks. Implementation and testing of OTO, GoSkip, CleverTap, and Journify are excluded. Deliverables include an executive summary, detailed report, evidence-backed findings spreadsheet, test matrices, remediation estimates, and a prioritized 30/60/90-day roadmap.
