Senior n8n Workflow Automation Engineer Needed to Fix and Optimize Ecommerce Automations

I own an ecommerce company and recently implemented several automation workflows using n8n to streamline our operations. The overall system is working, but as usage increased we started seeing issues that require a senior-level engineer who understands workflow architecture, API integrations and production reliability. Some of the challenges we are currently dealing with include inconsistent workflow executions, edge cases that were not handled during the initial build, API failures, data synchronization issues and a lack of proper monitoring and error recovery. I am looking for someone who can quickly understand the existing n8n environment, identify the root causes and make the workflows reliable and maintainable. The ideal person has strong experience with: - n8n workflow design and debugging - API integrations and webhooks - Ecommerce platforms and operational automation - OpenAI or other AI integrations - Data validation and transformation - Error handling, retries and workflow monitoring - Connecting tools such as Shopify, WooCommerce, CRMs, payment systems, fulfillment platforms or internal databases This is not a greenfield automation project. The foundation is already there. The challenge is making sure it works reliably when real customers, real orders and real edge cases enter the picture. This is a turnaround project, so I am not looking for someone who only knows how to build workflows from scratch. I need someone who can jump into an existing automation environment, quickly understand what is happening behind the scenes and fix the things that are quietly breaking when real users and real data hit the system. Clear communication matters just as much as technical skill. The person who joins this project should be comfortable saying "this is the actual problem, this is why it is happening and this is how I will fix it." If we work well together, this can grow into an ongoing collaboration as we continue improving and expanding our automation systems.
