Senior n8n + AI agent developer — business automation build (LLM integrations)

We're a US automation agency building AI workflow automations for a commercial real estate client (document intake, reporting pipelines, email triage — final scope set next week). Stack: n8n (client-owned instance), Anthropic/OpenAI APIs, REST integrations, webhooks, and document/file parsing (CSV, Excel, PDF). How we work: you'll get a detailed process map + wireframe spec, and you'll quote a component-level hours estimate against it before we contract — we then price fixed milestones from that estimate together. The client's core systems have no public sandboxes, so you'll build integration nodes against API documentation with mocked/pinned sample payloads and test everything against synthetic data on a dev instance. Production credentials, live data, and go-live deploys stay on our side (US-only data handling) — your deliverable is fully built and tested workflows (importable JSON) plus a handover doc and Loom walkthrough. First build is fixed-scope, sized ~$1,500–$5,000 depending on final scope, with ongoing work behind it if it goes well. Must have: n8n in production (show one running 12+ months), LLM API integration experience, error handling/alerting in every workflow you ship, solid written English, some PT-timezone overlap.
