Server-Side GTM (sGTM) Attribution Consultant

We're looking for a senior server-side GTM attribution consultant to review our current tracking architecture and advise on the best approach for recovering Google Click IDs (GCLIDs), UTM parameters, and accurate lead attribution on WordPress dealer websites. This is a paid consultation—not an implementation project initially. Background We're experiencing significant marketing attribution loss on our WordPress dealer websites. More than 40% of leads are currently being misattributed as "Direct" because Google Click IDs (GCLIDs) and UTM parameters are being lost due to browser privacy features (e.g., Safari ITP), iOS restrictions, and ad blockers. We've already attempted several solutions—including Snowplow, DNS rerouting, and multiple Google Tag Manager implementations—but none have resolved the issue. The remaining challenge is no longer budget or engineering capacity; it's identifying the correct server-side attribution architecture. Before investing in another implementation, we want an experienced server-side GTM (sGTM) consultant to review our current setup, validate whether our proposed approach is technically sound, and recommend the best path forward.
