Service Quality Research Assistant (USA Only)

We are looking for dependable freelancers located in the United States to assist with ongoing service quality research. In this role, you will contact businesses assigned by our team, follow a structured conversation guide, collect publicly available information, and prepare concise reports based on each interaction. This position is intended for market research and customer experience evaluation only. It does not involve telemarketing, appointment scheduling, sales, or purchasing services. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to businesses assigned by our team. Follow the provided call instructions. Gather information such as: Services offered Business availability Estimate or consultation process General pricing (when voluntarily provided) Evaluate: Professionalism Courtesy Communication quality Responsiveness Overall customer experience Prepare a brief report after each completed assignment. Submit reports through Upwork. Requirements Must currently reside in the United States. Excellent spoken and written English. Professional phone communication skills. Reliable internet connection. Comfortable speaking with businesses by phone. Strong attention to detail. Ability to complete reports accurately. Previous experience in customer service, virtual assistance, quality assurance, business research, or mystery shopping is preferred but not required. Compensation Hourly Upwork contract.
