ServiceM8 Custom Forms Specialist

We are looking for someone with strong, proven experience creating custom forms in ServiceM8. The ideal candidate will have experience in form development in ServiceM8 specifically. Responsibilities include taking a design we have created and developing a user-friendly form, implementing data validation within the Service M8 platform. We already have the forms/checklists designed in Word, so we are not looking for someone to design the business process from scratch. We need someone who can take our existing documents and convert them into practical, user-friendly ServiceM8 Forms for our supervisors and team to complete onsite via phone/iPad. The first form is a Supervisor Daily Run Sheet covering areas such as: * Job details * Type of clean * Start-of-day/pre-start checks * Safety and site controls * Quality and supervisor checks * Variations, delays and additional work * End-of-day QA * Builder/site feedback * Van and equipment checks * Supervisor declaration/sign-off The form will require a combination of: * Tick/checklist items * Yes/No questions * Single and multiple-choice questions * Text and multi-line response fields * Required/mandatory questions * Conditional or skip logic * Photo capture where required * Signature fields * Auto-populated ServiceM8/job information where possible * A clean, usable completed report/output We have several other forms we would like converted after this one, so we are ideally looking for someone we can work with on an ongoing basis.
