Set Up Shopify Store for Branded Employee Merchandise (Print-on-Demand Fulfillment)

We currently order branded company merchandise (apparel, swag) manually through a vendor — emailing a rep, sending shipping details, and managing each order by hand. We want to replace this with a self-serve Shopify store. What we need: A Shopify store (private or public, whichever makes sense for our use case — see questions below) for internal employee ordering Integration with a merchandise vendor that offers work attire and other branded items, supports adding our custom logo, and fulfills + ships orders directly to employees worldwide Products listed at cost (no markup) so employees pay only production/shipping cost A simple flow: employee visits the store → selects items → enters their own shipping info → pays with a company-issued card with a spending limit → order ships directly from the vendor In your proposal, please answer: How would you set up the Shopify store technically? Should the store be private (password-protected/invite-only) or public? Why? Which Shopify-compatible merchandise/fulfillment vendors would you recommend, and why? How would our custom logo be applied to products? How does the vendor handle fulfillment and international shipping? How can we configure products to sell at cost price (no markup)? What would you need from us to get started (logo files, brand assets, vendor accounts, etc.)? What's your estimated cost and timeline for full setup?
