DM Setter: LinkedIn & Instagram Outreach - White Label Agency UK Based

We are a fast-growing UK-based client acquisition agency delivering done-for-you acquisition systems for founder-led service businesses across cold email, Meta ads, Google ads and LinkedIn outreach. As we scale and bring on more clients we are proactively building our delivery team ahead of demand — so when the work comes in we are ready to move immediately without delays. We are currently looking to connect with an experienced DM setter on an exploratory basis. There is no live account right now but we are in active conversations with several potential clients and expect to need support very soon. If you are the right person we want to establish the relationship now so we can bring you in immediately when the time comes. Here is exactly how the role works: We handle everything on the strategy and systems side: The outreach targets — we provide the list of prospects to contact The Trojan Horse permission scripts — written and ready to use The VSL and offer messaging — built and ready to send The objection handling frameworks — you follow the system The CRM pipeline — built and tracked in our white label system Full training on our DM framework before you start You handle everything on the conversation management side: Sending Trojan Horse permission messages to new connections daily Managing follow up sequences for prospects who have not yet responded Sending the VSL or offer to prospects who give permission Converting positive replies into booked calls using our proven framework Managing the full follow up chain — up to 8 touchpoints per prospect Morning and evening pipeline check — twice daily minimum Moving prospects through the pipeline stages — initiated, engaged, Calendly'd, booked Reporting daily numbers — messages sent, replies received, calls booked Flagging not interested replies and removing from pipeline immediately Platforms you will work across: LinkedIn Instagram Facebook Twitter / X if required What we are looking for: Proven DM setting experience — show me booked call results not just message volume Strong written English — conversational, natural and non-salesy tone Fast response time — prospects must be replied to within 5 minutes of a positive reply Experience with CRM or pipeline tracking tools Comfortable working under our agency brand — all communication goes through our accounts, you will not have direct contact with clients Reliable and consistent — this is a daily role, morning and evening check minimum Available to start within 1 to 2 weeks KPIs you will be measured on: Number of Trojan Horse messages sent daily Positive reply rate Conversion rate from positive reply to booked call — target 50%+ Number of calls booked per week This is an initial exploratory conversation with a view to building a long-term working relationship.
