SharePoint and Power Automate Implementation

Need a freelancer to implement a SharePoint-based guest management system based on an existing prototype and architecture document. The work includes setting up 4 SharePoint lists for guest profiles, preference notes, stay history, and staff distribution, plus building 2 Power Automate flows: one for daily VIP arrival notifications and one for change alerts when guest records are created or updated. You’ll also configure list-level permissions for different staff roles and ensure the system supports concurrent editing by many users. This is an implementation project, not a design project, and I’m looking for a realistic estimate for a lean version versus full feature parity with the prototype. All code, configurations, workflows, and other work product created under this engagement are the sole property of “Michael Grady” upon payment. This is a work-for-hire arrangement — the freelancer retains no ownership, licensing, or resale rights to the deliverables, and agrees not to reuse the specific implementation built for this project for any other client or purpose.”
