Sheet Metal Enclosure — CAD + Production Drawings (Outdoor Wall-Mounted Product)

We're an Indian hardware startup. Our electronics are done. We need the metal box that holds them, designed properly and drawn so a fab shop can cut it without asking questions. We already have a full written spec: dimensions, internal layout, airflow, mounting, finish, component list. You are not starting from scratch. We need someone who can read it, understand the mechanical intent, and turn it into real CAD. THE PRODUCT Outdoor wall-mounted enclosure, roughly 600 x 730 x 200 mm, folded steel, welded, powder coated. There's a taller version of the same design that should share parts. Fan-cooled with a defined intake and exhaust path. Outer shell plus a flat inner mounting plate that carries all components. IP54, high ambient, Indian street conditions. It's customer-facing, so it has to look good — clean, boxy, black. Not a junction box. WHAT WE NEED - 3D model of both sizes (SolidWorks preferred, STEP required) - DFM sanity check on our spec — tell us where it won't bend, weld or nest - Flat patterns / DXF for every part, correct K-factor - 2D drawings with tolerances - BOM: sheet, hardware, hinges, latch, gasket, perforated panels - Finish spec - Renders for us to sign off before anything gets cut WHAT WE GIVE YOU Full spec document, component dimensions, reference images, and fast decisions. We know what we want. We won't sit on your emails. WHO WE WANT Someone who has actually designed sheet metal that got manufactured — not concept renders. Someone who can commit to a timeline and hit it. Based in India or with an Indian fabrication contact is a plus, but not required. This is the first product in a family.
