Shippo Expert / Integration Specialist ( Freelance)

We’re looking for an experienced Shippo expert to help us fully configure, map, and optimize Shippo across all of our stores. You’ll handle the initial setup and store mappings, then remain available for ongoing questions and troubleshooting as we scale. What You’ll Do Configure and map all of our e-commerce stores in Shippo (multi-store setup) Set up shipping rules, carrier accounts, rates, packaging preferences, and label generation Ensure accurate order/shipment syncing and mapping between our platforms and Shippo Advise on best practices for multi-carrier shipping, rate shopping, and workflow efficiency Answer questions and provide support as issues or new needs arise during and after setup Document the configuration so our team can maintain it going forward What We’re Looking For Proven, hands-on experience with Shippo (configuration, multi-store mapping, and day-to-day use) Familiarity with major e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Magento, custom/API setups, etc.) Strong understanding of shipping workflows, carrier integrations, and common Shippo gotchas Clear communicator who can explain technical steps simply and respond reliably Available for an initial focused engagement plus lighter ongoing support Engagement Details Contract / freelance Start with a defined configuration + mapping project, then ongoing as-needed support Remote-friendly Compensation based on experience (please share your rate) To Apply Please send: A short note about your Shippo experience (specific platforms you’ve connected and types of setups you’ve handled) Relevant examples or a brief overview of past Shippo projects Your availability and rate We’re ready to move quickly with the right person.
