T-Shirt Illustrator Needed to Recreate Rock/Metal Cookie Brand Artwork

I’m looking for a digital illustrator to professionally recreate an existing T-shirt concept for my cookie business, Totally Baked. The concept is already complete. I am not looking for a new design or a different interpretation. I have reference artwork showing exactly what I want. I need an artist to redraw/recreate it professionally so it is clean, consistent and ready for commercial T-shirt printing. The design features a female skull with messy hair and bandana, aviator sunglasses, a skeletal hand holding a chocolate chip cookie, and distressed rock/metal typography. The headline must read TOTALLY BAKED, and the design also includes COOKIES LOVE & ROCK N ROLL and SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS. The color palette is extremely important. I want the muted dusty/grape purple shown in my reference, NOT bright pink or magenta. I need: • Front artwork recreated from my reference • Transparent background • High-resolution, print-ready file (300 DPI at actual print size) • Preferably vector artwork (AI/EPS/SVG) or layered PSD in addition to transparent PNG • All typography correctly spelled and fully inside the print area • Commercial rights to use the finished artwork on merchandise I sell • Final editable/source file • 1–2 revision rounds I also have finished artwork for the back of the shirt. IMPORTANT: Please include examples of your own work featuring skulls, tattoo art, rock/metal band merchandise, detailed T-shirt illustration, or similar artwork.
