Shopify E-Commerce Specialist for Fashion Brand

I am the Brand Director and Product Specialist for The MacLife Way, a luxury Miami urban streetwear brand using natural materials. The brand has real-life customers, Instagram traffic, referrals, email list, SMS list, and in-person sales, but the website needs to generate more online revenue. I do not need a pretty redesign just for aesthetics. I need the website to make money.
