We run a women's fashion boutique on Shopify with a large, constantly growing catalog. New collections drop weekly, so our theme and site structure need to handle scale without turning into a mess. We need someone who actually understands CRO, not just someone who can install an app and call it done. What we need help with: Custom Shopify theme development and Liquid coding. Product page and collection page optimization for a large, frequently updated catalog. Speed and performance work. Mobile-first UX improvements. A clear plan for how you'd approach getting us to a 20%+ conversion improvement, and what you'd actually measure to prove it.
