Shopify Expert (Strong WordPress/WooCommerce Background) Needed to Finish Our Homepage Design

We recently migrated our store from WordPress and WooCommerce to Shopify. All products are already added and the backend setup is complete — the one thing left is our homepage design, and we want it done right. We're looking for someone with deep Shopify Development and Shopify Website Design experience, ideally with a background in Shopify Dropshipping stores, who also brings solid WordPress Development and WordPress Website Design skills to the table. Since our brand and content originated on WordPress with WooCommerce, we want that same design sensibility carried over into a premium, high-converting Shopify homepage. You should be confident working with Liquid for custom sections and layout, skilled in Theme Customization, and comfortable handling both Shopify Website Redesign and general Website Redesign work. If you have experience with Elementor and PHP from past WordPress projects, that's a strong plus — it shows you understand design and development from both platforms. Any background in Shopify Plus or experience helping clients Set Up Shopify Site from scratch is also welcome, as is broader Ecommerce Website Development and Web Development know-how. Most importantly, we need someone with a genuine eye for Web Design — someone who can take our finished store and make the homepage feel stunning, premium, and polished, not template-default. Please also keep Page Speed Optimization and Conversion Rate Optimization in mind throughout — this needs to look great AND convert. This is a tight-budget project, but it's meant to lead into an ongoing working relationship — we have more design/dev work down the line for the right person.
