Shopify & Klaviyo Ecommerce Specialist (Long-Term Opportunity) Fixed Price Project + Ongoing Part-Time Support (Approx. 5 Hours/Week) About House of Even House of Even is an Australian jewellery brand offering a modular jewellery system that allows customers to personalise their necklaces by combining chains, connectors and charms. We're looking for an experienced Shopify & Klaviyo Ecommerce Specialist to become our long-term ecommerce partner. This is not a developer-only role. We're looking for someone who understands ecommerce, customer experience, Shopify, Klaviyo and conversion optimisation. Phase 1 – Initial Project (Fixed Price) The first project is to optimise the technical foundations of our Shopify store and Klaviyo account. Shopify Install and configure the Charmi Builder app. Ensure the builder integrates seamlessly with our Shopify theme and brand. Review the overall customer journey. Review our Shopify setup and identify any technical issues. Improve the shopping experience where appropriate. Review navigation, product pages, cart and checkout experience. Review apps currently installed and recommend removing unnecessary apps. Review site speed and performance. Implement agreed improvements. International Store Experience We already use Shopify Markets. We're looking to create separate regional experiences for: Australia (existing) United States Europe The goal is to manage one Shopify store while providing localised experiences for each market, including region-specific information such as: Shipping costs Delivery timeframes Free shipping thresholds Duties & taxes Returns information Promotional messaging We're open to the best Shopify-supported solution. Klaviyo Review the Shopify and Klaviyo integration. Check that all existing flows are functioning correctly. Fix any issues with existing flows. Build missing lifecycle flows where required. Create reusable email templates. Create reusable content blocks that I can easily update myself. Review email deliverability and recommend improvements. Advise whether Klaviyo remains the best solution for our business or whether Shopify Email would be sufficient at our current stage. Phase 2 – Ongoing Support Following the successful completion of Phase 1, we'd like to continue working together on an ongoing basis for approximately 5 hours per week. Typical responsibilities may include: Shopify maintenance and improvements. Installing and configuring Shopify apps. Monitoring store performance. Troubleshooting technical issues. Ongoing optimisation of customer experience. Klaviyo support and flow maintenance. Creating and scheduling approximately two email campaigns per week using content, imagery and messaging provided by me. Supporting product launches. Recommending improvements to increase conversion and customer experience. This is not a full-time role. We're looking for a reliable ecommerce specialist who can become a trusted long-term partner. We're Looking For Someone Who Has Experience With Shopify Klaviyo Ecommerce Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Shopify Markets Shopify Apps Customer Journey Optimisation Email Marketing Experience with jewellery, fashion or lifestyle brands is highly desirable. This Role Does NOT Include Graphic design Product photography Copywriting Social media management Meta Ads management Customer service I will provide all product information, imagery, campaign direction and messaging.
