Shopify Mobile CRO & Site Speed Implementation — Luxury Home Furnishings Brand
Only freelancers located in the U.S. may apply.U.S. located freelancers only
We're a multi-location luxury home furnishings and lifestyle retailer running Shopify for both e-commerce and in-store POS. We recently completed an in-depth conversion and technical audit of our site, and we're now hiring a developer or small team to implement the highest-impact findings. This is an implementation engagement only. We are not looking for a new audit, roadmap, or strategy deliverable — the diagnostic work is done. The selected freelancer will receive the full audit document, which specifies the issues and recommended fixes in detail. Scope of Work: Mobile Product Page Improvements - Sticky Add to Cart - Improved mobile purchase experience - Delivery and shipping messaging enhancements - Product review placement - Additional mobile usability fixes identified in the audit Cart Optimization - Cart drawer rebuild - Continue Shopping functionality - Product recommendation module - Improved path from cart to checkout Site Speed Optimization - Image optimization - Script and app audit (identifying and removing bloat) - Reduction of render-blocking resources - Mobile performance and Core Web Vitals improvements Analytics and Attribution - GA4 audit and cleanup - Conversion tracking validation - Traffic quality cleanup - Attribution and reporting accuracy improvements What We Handle Internally - Catalog, SKU, and collection management; navigation updates; advertising management. You are responsible for development, QA, and deployment. What We Need From You Please include the following in your proposal — proposals without these will not be reviewed: - Total fixed price, broken out by the four workstreams above (mobile PDP, cart, site speed, analytics). If you'd price any portion differently or think something is mis-scoped, say so. - Timeline in weeks, with milestones and your availability start date. - Two examples of comparable Shopify work — ideally mobile CRO or speed optimization on a premium/luxury catalog. Include before/after Core Web Vitals or conversion metrics if you have them. - Your approach to deployment and QA. We run a live store with POS integration; describe how you use dev themes, staging, and rollback. - Post-launch support terms — what's included, for how long, and what a retainer would cost if we wanted ongoing work. - Whether you work solo or with a team, and who would actually be doing the work. The full audit will be shared with shortlisted candidates prior to final pricing. Let us know if you'd want to review it before committing to a number.
