Shopify Plus Developer - Cart to Checkout Expertise

Expert Shopify Plus Developer — Cart & Checkout Optimization Individual freelancers only — no agencies. Fluent English required. We’re looking for an Expert Shopify Plus developer to improve the customer experience from our Add to Cart through Checkout. We are a premium DTC brand selling a live, perishable product. Our current flow after ATC includes: * Terms & Conditions acceptance * Delivery date selection (1 Click) * A multi-step cart experience (is it needed?) * Shipping charges added late in checkout (never will be $0) Shipping is costly and is our #1 customer complaint, so we need to reduce friction, improve transparency, and increase conversion without removing critical order requirements. What We Need We want someone with deep Shopify Plus expertise who can: * Audit our current ATC → Checkout flow * Recommend a simpler, higher-converting experience * Improve mobile and desktop UX * Streamline Terms & Conditions and delivery-date selection (app experties, Zapiet? 1 Click? Flare?) * Improve how and when shipping costs are communicated * Recommend the best delivery-date solution for our needs * Implement approved changes in Shopify Plus Experience with checkout customization, apps such as Zapiet, Flare, 1-Click Delivery Date Picker, or comparable delivery scheduling tools is highly relevant. Please Include * 3 Shopify Plus sites where you personally improved the cart or checkout experience * What you changed and the measurable impact, if available * Examples involving delivery-date selection, perishable products, or complex fulfillment * Which delivery-date apps/tools you have implemented * Your specific role: strategy, UX, development, testing, or all of the above
