Shopify Web Designer to Customize a Free Shopify Theme

We're looking for a web designer to customize a free Shopify theme for a new website. The overall scope is well defined, and most of the planning has already been completed. We'll provide everything needed to get started, including: Our existing website to use as a reference The Shopify theme we've selected Logo and brand assets Photos and images Page copy Clear page-by-page instructions The website will include approximately 8–10 standard pages, so it's not a large or overly complicated project. We're looking for someone with a strong eye for design who pays attention to typography, layout, spacing, and visual hierarchy, and can take what we provide and turn it into a polished, cohesive website. Strong design skills are more important than custom coding. We want someone who knows how to customize a Shopify theme so it doesn't feel like a standard template.
