Short Form Ads Video Editor

We're a fast-growing men's grooming brand running paid ads on TikTok and Meta. We need a video editor who can handle daily ad creative production - not just assembling clips, but also create b roll with using AI generation tools (Our senior video editor can train you if needed.) What you'll do: Receive a script and product images Generate dynamic B-roll footage using AI video tools (Higgsfield, Kling, Runway, or similar) Add voiceover via ElevenLabs Edit and deliver a complete ready-to-run ad in CapCut or similar Deliver 3-5 videos per day What we're looking for: Comfortable with AI video generation tools (not just editing) or ready to learn Experience with short-form vertical content (9:16 TikTok/Reels format) Fast turnaround — 24h per video maximum Reliable, communicative, and able to follow a brief independently How we work: Scripts and references provided for every video Tasks managed via Asana Feedback given quickly so you're never blocked To apply: Watch the attached reference video and explain step by step how you would recreate it which AI tools you would use and how you would approach the B-roll generation.
