Short-Form Content Creator for Wedding Business

Seeking a creative freelancer to transform our existing photo and video content into engaging Instagram Reels and TikToks for Analea Wedding Co. Responsibilities include showcasing our wedding rental inventory, custom florals, and wedding-day content services. The ideal candidate will independently develop video concepts and edit footage to highlight behind-the-scenes content, transformations, and wedding tips. Must be able to work with a large library of content without needing detailed guidance. Dos: * Use strong hooks in the first 1–3 seconds * Showcase our rentals, florals & content creation services * Use current TikTok/Reels trends and formats * Create POVs, before & afters, tips and relatable wedding content * Keep videos romantic, elevated, timeless & modern * Use text overlays and captions when they improve the video * Be creative — find new content ideas within the footage provided * Make it clear what Analea service/product is being showcased * Create content that encourages saves, shares, comments & inquiries * Use vertical 9:16 formatting Don’ts: * Don’t make every video a generic wedding montage * Don’t make inaccurate claims about our services, pricing or inventory * Don’t use cheesy or overly flashy graphics/effects * Don’t use footage outside of what we provide * Don’t alter our logo or branding * Don’t use watermarked content * Don’t make the content feel like a generic ad * Don’t over-edit beautiful professional footage * Don’t present another wedding vendor’s work as ours For payment, I’m looking to do a performance-based structure rather than a flat rate per video! I’m thinking $2 per 1,000 views ($2 CPM) on each approved video. For example: • 5,000 views = $10 • 10,000 views = $20 • 25,000 views = $50 • 50,000 views = $100 • 100,000 views = $200 Views would be measured 30 days after the video is posted, and I’d pay based on the total views at that point. I’d initially have a $200 maximum payout per individual video just so we both know the exact parameters upfront. There wouldn’t be a limit on how many approved videos you can create, though! I have a huge amount of footage, so I actually want this to be fairly high-volume. The more videos you create and the better they perform, the more opportunity there is to earn. I would love ideally to do 20-30 videos a month. I’d send you the footage through a shared Apple Photos album or Google Drive, and you’d have creative freedom to find clips, come up with concepts/hooks, and edit the videos.
