Short Form Content Video Editor for Meta Ads and Organic Social Media

We have A LOT of content filmed but now we need a talented editor to help us bring it to life! We’re looking for someone who knows how to stop the scroll and maintain attention with engaging short-form video for Meta ads. We’re a leading home improvement brand in Australia, we’re growing fast. We’re specifically looking for someone with creativity, and will approach the editing process through a strategic lens. We want to work with someone who thinks about visuals, cutaways, motion graphics, B-roll, and sound effects. We want you to understand what the video is trying to do, then help us make it faster, funnier, more engaging and harder to scroll past. A lot of what we create is paid social content, so hooks, pacing and retention matter. 👀 The important stuff -You know how to make scroll-stopping social content -You understand pacing, hooks and retention -You can bring your own creative ideas to an edit -You’re comfortable with B-roll, motion graphics, text, animation and sound design -You can take fairly ordinary footage and make it genuinely interesting -You can handle a high volume of ongoing work -You’re reliable and easy to work with -Adobe Premiere Pro + After Effects are a must 🎨 There’s a lot of consistent work available here.
