Short-Form Editor: Greenscreen Compositing + Cinematic Grade (ongoing)

I run a documentary-style storytelling Shorts channel (English, survival/true-events). I need ONE long-term editor. This is primarily a SHORT-FORM EDITING role — not a VFX job. What matters, in order: 1. Editing & pacing — tight retention cuts, hook timing, word-by-word captions, sound design. This is the #1 skill. 2. Motion graphics (After Effects) — clean animated text + a signature rough hand-drawn annotation style (circles, arrows, notes — references provided). 3. Cinematic color grade — a consistent desaturated "cold" look with one selective color pop. 4. Basic greenscreen compositing — key a masked host into the footage with believable shadow/light/scale. Does NOT need film-grade VFX — a good editor handles this cleanly and consistently. You get a full package per video (script, shot list, voiceover, greenscreen clips, stills, licensed stock + written brief). Your job is editing, assembly and polish — no sourcing, no storyboarding.
