Short-Form Editor Needed for Content Agency

I'm urgently looking to hire a Video Editor for my content marketing agency. You will be assigned different clients and your responsibility will be editing their short-form content. Our team handles all the ideation, strategy, and filming - you should just need to bring it to life. The work will be very consistent. You will provided an editing brief, for each edit, which outlines all the necessary information needed to complete the edit. Important skills that are required: -Deep understanding of short-form content (how to edit powerful hooks, edit for retention, etc) -Deep understanding how to read retention graphics and implement insights for future edits -Deep understanding how to edit content that feels natural, organic and native to the short-form content feed (VERY, VERY important). This is much more than just editing nice, pretty videos - this edit must capture and retain attention. -Deep understanding of different formats and content styles Work will be part-time at the start, with the potential to scale up very quickly based on performance.
