We publish short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) fronted by our founder. Think fast, caption-driven, graphics-heavy talking-head edits in the style of Damien Talks Money (https://www.youtube.com/shorts/hQN95UCsmxI) The work: An immediate batch of 7 filmed videos (30 to 90 seconds each: yaps/monologues, overrated/underrated formats, a tier list, a buy-or-bin, blind ranking), then ongoing volume of 5 to 10 assets per week. Every video comes with verbatim transcript, brand kit (fonts, logos, colours), and reference videos but we want your skill to dictate output. What you deliver per video: Tight retention cut (breaths and gaps removed, pattern interrupt every 2 to 3 seconds, punch-ins, hard ending) Stylized animated captions on screen at ALL times except during full-screen graphics, word-by-word or short phrases, zero typos A text hook on screen from frame one Motion graphics you design yourself in our brand system: stat cards, simple charts, text stamps, checklist builds Sound design: music bed, cues on reveals, export at -14 LUFS 1080x1920, 25fps, H.264 How we work: Fully async and in writing (we are in Ireland, you can be anywhere). Briefs and feedback come as documents with timestamps. Feedback is scored against a written 10-point rubric you will receive up front, so you always know exactly what "done" means. Files move through Google Drive and a shared production tracker. Requirements: Portfolio of short-form VERTICAL talking-head edits (links required; finance/business/education creators a big plus) Your samples show animated captions and self-made motion graphics After Effects, or Premiere/CapCut workflows that demonstrably hit the same bar Reliable weekly capacity for 5 to 10 shorts or more. Paid trial: One video (about 32 seconds) with the full brief, raw footage and brand kit. Fixed trial fee, agreed up front. If the trial passes our rubric, you get the batch of 7 and the ongoing weekly retainer.
