You start on a milestone pay structure, and if you're consistent and your quality holds, you move into an in-house role with a $2,500+/month salary. This is a real position with a real path forward, not a one-off gig. Pay structure $450-500/month on your milestone contract. Only approved clips count toward your quota. At 7 clips a day and staying consistent, you move through your milestone fast and open the door to the next stage - base salary plus performance bonuses.
