AI Short-Form Video Creator Needed – Recurring Animated Videos

I am developing a new short-form educational entertainment brand aimed primarily at teens and young adults. The videos teach practical real-world “adulting” skills in a humorous, approachable format. I already have a completed prototype video, an established recurring animated character, a visual style, voice style, caption format, and overall pacing. I am looking for someone who can take a finished script, character references, and the sample video and turn them into polished vertical videos for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and Facebook Reels. Videos will generally be 60–90 seconds, 9:16 vertical, 1080×1920. I will provide the topic, script, character references, and sample video. You will handle the production, including AI-generated or sourced visuals, maintaining character consistency, editing, voiceover/TTS, captions, music, visual callouts, and final export. AI-assisted workflows are encouraged. You may use tools such as Kling, Runway, OpenArt, Sora, ElevenLabs, CapCut, Premiere, After Effects, or comparable tools. I care more about the finished quality, consistency, accuracy, and efficiency than which software you use. This first assignment is a paid test video. If the test goes well, I am interested in an ongoing relationship producing multiple videos per week. Test budget: $25–$40 fixed price. When applying, please include 2–3 examples of short-form videos you personally produced, preferably involving AI-generated characters, animation, educational/explainer content, or faceless social-media content.
