Short-Form Video Creator for Social Media

I need someone to create complete short-form videos for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels. You must handle the entire process: find or create footage, edit the video, add English voice-over, subtitles, music, and deliver a finished vertical MP4 ready to upload. I will provide the product/topic and general idea. You do everything else. First, I want ONE paid test video. If it works well, I want ongoing production of many videos.
